Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Specialist focused on system integration within the AlphaConsult Group, supporting various mid-sized companies. The core responsibilities include analyzing and resolving disruptions within IT systems, installing and configuring hardware and software components, and performing system updates and upgrades. A significant part of the job is providing technical support to end-users and documenting system configurations. Candidates should possess a completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in IT system integration, coupled with strong knowledge of network technology, server administration, and virtualization technologies like VMware. Success in this position requires excellent teamwork, initiative, strong communication skills, and a high degree of service and customer orientation. This is a full-time, permanent contract opportunity based in Leverkusen.
