Job Summary

This role involves long-term deployment across locations including Dormagen, Jülich, Grevenbroich, and Hambach, focusing on the maintenance, overhaul, and project coordination for conveyor systems within open-pit mining environments (Tagebau). The Service Technician or Electrician will primarily work on power generation and bulk material handling systems, performing installation, configuration, and commissioning of mechatronic components. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and fault elimination, replacing defective sensors, actuators, and other components, and performing system retrofitting and cleaning. The ideal candidate must possess a vocational qualification as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, strong technical understanding, and the ability to read circuit diagrams.
