Job Summary

This role involves driving the quality and sustainability agenda for textile products across multiple fashion brands, focusing heavily on textile ecology and compliance. The manager will be responsible for professionally supervising and developing textile ecology topics, managing the commissioning and evaluation of physical and chemical quality tests with suppliers and external laboratories globally, and ensuring adherence to all relevant European and national legal requirements, including REACH and TKVO. Key activities include analyzing test results, coordinating with internal stakeholders like Design and Quality Inspection, and continuously optimizing processes through digitalization. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Chemistry or Textile Ecology, relevant experience in textile quality management, and fluency in both German and English, bringing a passion for fashion, textiles, and high product quality to a dynamic team environment.
