This role involves actively shaping the new central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, the BSI Customer Suite (including BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP, and BSI.CX). Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business needs from departments like Sales and Marketing, translating these requirements into technical concepts, estimating effort, and implementing solutions. The manager is responsible for the system's stability, ensuring secure operation of the SaaS solution in the cloud, and managing data integration from upstream systems such as SAP. Key technical tasks include customizing and further developing the entire Customer Suite, managing interfaces, and integrating it into the existing IT landscape. The ideal candidate brings professional and project experience in customizing cloud-based CRM systems, strong analytical skills, and practical knowledge of TypeScript and SQL. The position also requires managing 2nd-level support, coordinating 3rd-level support, and overseeing external service providers, all within a small, supportive team environment.
