Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Electronics Technician to handle the maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and control technology primarily within the building services sector at Frankfurt Airport. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous testing of both fixed electrical installations (DGUV V4) and portable operating equipment (DGUV V3), managing faults, repairing emergency lighting systems, and modernizing existing lighting infrastructure. The position also involves route planning, material preparation, and supporting maintenance in adjacent technical trades like ventilation and plumbing. To qualify, candidates must possess a completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., Energy and Building Technology) and be certified as a Skilled Electrician (Elektrofachkraft) according to DIN VDE standards.
