Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the operational center at the Nuremberg Port, focusing on the energy-efficient production of valuable secondary raw materials from construction, commercial, and industrial waste. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of approximately 40 employees, including production and personnel deployment planning within a three-shift operation environment. Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all necessary permits, maintaining required product quality and volumes in coordination with quality assurance and sales, and continuously optimizing work processes and technical facilities. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent, coupled with professional management experience in the recycling sector, offering a secure, varied, and impactful position within one of Southern Germany’s largest and most successful waste management companies.
