Job Summary
This is a crucial leadership role as the Head of the IT Service Department, based in the central office in Munich. The successful candidate will assume technical and disciplinary leadership for a team of nine employees, focusing heavily on strategic IT development and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include planning and monitoring the IT budget, coordinating and accepting IT-supported projects, and continuously advancing the IT infrastructure and organization strategy. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of enterprise IT structures, including VmWare, Microsoft/Linux OS, network infrastructures, and cloud services. Additionally, the Head of Department will manage external IT service providers, procure necessary hardware and software, and act as the primary IT contact for governmental bodies. Candidates must hold a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and bring several years of professional experience managing IT teams. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours and competitive compensation based on the TVL structure.
Required Skills

- Multiple years of experience in the IT environment with personnel responsibility
