Job Summary

This role is for a Service Desk Employee to join an internationally active technology group on a part-time basis (25 hours/week). The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally handling and processing emergency calls, alarms, disruptions, and reports received automatically, in writing, or by phone, following predefined procedures. Key tasks include managing revision or shutdown requests, documenting customer complaints for continuous improvement, creating customer-friendly documentation, and monitoring order processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a service desk or user helpdesk environment, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and service technicians. This position offers long-term prospects, potential for permanent employment, and a supportive work environment.
