Job Summary

This role involves the independent execution and quality assurance of semiconductor processes within silicon technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out critical fabrication steps, including Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), wet and dry etching, photolithography, and wafer bonding. A core part of the job is performing meticulous quality checks, such as microscopic control, structural size measurement, and mechanical/optical layer thickness measurements, with thorough documentation to ensure process integrity. Furthermore, the technician will conduct essential maintenance and calibration tasks to guarantee equipment availability and will contribute actively to continuous process improvements and the development of new manufacturing technologies. This is a full-time, permanent position offering involvement in cutting-edge semiconductor fabrication.
