Job Summary
This role focuses on providing comprehensive IT end-user support within Siemens Mobility GmbH, a leading international technology group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the IT department's user engagement efforts, including the large-scale introduction of Generative AI. Day-to-day responsibilities involve advising and assisting end-users with all IT inquiries, processing hardware and software orders, and escalating service desk tickets for incident management. The role also includes analyzing the root causes of IT disruptions and supporting management with IT infrastructure aspects during employee onboarding and offboarding.
