The successful candidate will be responsible for remote and on-site support, focusing on the setup and maintenance of networks, Windows servers, workstations, and peripheral devices. Key tasks include implementing IT security and backup solutions, assisting with Microsoft 365, cloud services, virtualization, and system migrations, as well as systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting. While a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration is beneficial, the company explicitly welcomes motivated career changers who possess strong professional experience or fundamental IT knowledge in standard solutions.
