Job Summary
The IT Systems and Application Administrator will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT systems and applications, playing a crucial role in maintaining availability and performance through proactive maintenance, optimization, and innovative problem-solving. This role involves comprehensive support and development of software applications, particularly the ERP system, invoicing and document control, quality and testing systems, and other manufacturing-related applications. The administrator will be responsible for system setup, monitoring, upgrades, and managing software/hardware rollouts. They will collaborate closely with various teams to implement IT projects and process optimizations, handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 support in coordination with the Richemont IT team. This position requires strong technical knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and standard software, combined with a solution-oriented and structured approach to work, reporting directly to the Team Lead IT Operations. This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract based in Glashütte.

Completed degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in administering IT systems and applications
- Experience with IT structures and processes in corporate groups (advantageous)
