Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Service Technician or Commissioning Engineer specializing in drive technology and power electronics to join an international company based near Wernigerode. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent commissioning of frequency converters, soft starters, and complex drive systems, both on-site at customer locations and via remote support. A core function involves systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems and control components. The technician will also serve as a key technical contact, providing customer consulting, training, and application optimization, alongside performing regular maintenance and creating detailed service reports. Key requirements include a technical qualification (Technician or Engineering degree), profound knowledge of drive technology, and high mobility for service assignments. The position offers a permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, mobile work options, and a company car for private use.
