Job Summary

This permanent full-time position as a Software QA Engineer in Bremen involves driving software quality across the entire development lifecycle for an innovative startup specializing in Microsoft 365 optimization using AI. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and documenting QA measures, defining comprehensive test strategies, and analyzing requirements to derive both manual and automated test cases. A core focus is on developing automated tests and performing various testing types, including system, integration, regression, and acceptance tests. You will collaborate closely with development and product management teams, manage bug tracking, and continuously improve QA processes. To succeed, you must hold a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, possess several years of experience in software QA/testing, and have fundamental knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and Agile models (Scrum/Kanban).
