Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive support, administration, and development of core IT applications, primarily focusing on DATEV and the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). The specialist will act as the key interface to the DATEV ASP and provide 1st and 2nd-level support to approximately 20 internal users regarding application and system queries. A crucial part of the job is providing technical support for the DATEV implementation at client sites and managing user access rights. Additionally, the role includes administering the on-premises infrastructure, including media technology (IT, audio, video, and control technology). The ideal candidate will also support technical implementation of SEA, GEO, and SEO campaigns and maintain WordPress websites and Google services, making this a diverse position combining application support with digital marketing technology maintenance. Candidates should possess a relevant IT degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft 365, and good German and English skills.
