Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on System Integration within the municipal administration of Varel, providing essential IT support across schools, external branches, and the main administration. The specialist will handle First- and Second-Level Support, both remotely and on-site, ensuring smooth operations for end-users. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware (PCs, laptops, interactive whiteboards, printers) and software, as well as managing mobile devices. The position also involves contributing to the administration and maintenance of the network infrastructure, including switches and access points. Candidates must have a completed apprenticeship in System Integration or equivalent IT qualification, strong Windows client and Microsoft Office skills, and experience with network technologies (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP).
