Job Summary

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of one or more clinic locations, working closely with the Chief Medical Officer. A core part of the role involves ensuring patient care, optimal occupancy, and the overall economic success of the facility. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive personnel management, covering selection, evaluation, and regular discussions, alongside the continuous development and optimization of clinical processes and structures. The manager will also be crucial in budget planning, investment oversight, and maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires strong negotiation skills for liaising with payers, authorities, and external partners, as well as leading both local projects (e.g., construction) and participating in company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Administration or Health Management, initial professional experience in a comparable clinical or rehabilitation setting, and proven leadership and social competence.
