Job Summary

VGH Insurance is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join their Data, AI, and Automation department in Hannover. This role is pivotal in establishing modern data platforms and utilizing technologies like workflow engines, robotics, and AI to automate processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and analyzing potential RPA use cases, designing and integrating complex RPA solutions (especially using UiPath), and leading comprehensive testing and continuous optimization. You will also gradually take on the role of Developer Lead, overseeing the technical advancement of the RPA landscape, mentoring junior developers, and managing stakeholder communication across the insurance group. The ideal candidate has a background in Computer Science or a related field, at least three years of dedicated RPA experience, and strong foundational knowledge in VB.Net and PowerShell to ensure the quality, compliance, and performance of automation processes within the existing IT architecture.
