Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Production Technician focused on the Back-End manufacturing of semiconductor components. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the hands-on production of small and large series according to technological processes, operating and monitoring complex production facilities, and performing crucial end tests and quality assurance checks. A key aspect of the job is meticulous planning, organization, and documentation of all production steps, while strictly adhering to cleanroom standards, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. Candidates should possess completed training in microtechnology or relevant practical experience in manufacturing microtechnical components, coupled with strong computer application skills and a high degree of reliability. Furthermore, the willingness to work within a 3-shift system is mandatory.
