Job Summary
This role involves driving the future of talent management by developing, implementing, and legally reviewing cutting-edge personnel development strategies and measures. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating key initiatives, such as leading the onboarding 'Welcome Day' for new employees, and enhancing the employer brand through effective Employer Branding strategies. A critical component of the job is coordinating with external agencies and creating engaging social media content to promote the organization. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH) or Bachelor of Arts – Public Management) or a university degree in Personnel Development, Personnel Management, or a comparable field relevant to the tasks.
