Job Summary

This role involves working as a Chemical Laboratory Technician specializing in material analysis of fiber composite materials for Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Stade. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing material samples and performing complex analytical-chemical analyses using techniques such as DSC, DMA, Infrared Spectroscopy, HPLC, and chemical extractions, strictly following standard procedures. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the suitability of analytical equipment, supporting internal development projects, and assisting quality management and production with technical issues. A key part of the job involves interpreting and evaluating analysis results, generating reports within the LIMS system, and contributing to the creation and development of quality-relevant documentation like analysis work instructions. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional qualification in chemical laboratory work, experience with polymer chemistry, and be proficient in both German (negotiation level) and English (good working knowledge).
