Job Summary

This role involves ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT operations, primarily within a cloud-based environment utilizing Microsoft 365. The technician will manage and enhance the client and workplace environment, including Mobile Device Management, updates, and policy enforcement. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to employees, structured handling of IT disruptions, and managing user inquiries. A critical part of the job is operating and securing backup and recovery processes, maintaining comprehensive IT documentation, and coordinating external IT service providers while supporting the development of a 1st-level support structure. Candidates should possess a relevant IT degree or qualification and multi-year experience in IT operations, ideally with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
