Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT professional, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, to join an agile IT team focused on Microsoft Dynamics. The core responsibility involves the support, optimization, and continuous development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, specifically covering Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules. Day-to-day tasks include independently analyzing technical requirements from Business Product Owners, implementing sustainable technical solutions using Customizing, TypeScript, and C#, and developing and maintaining interfaces with other applications like SAP and Reporting Services. The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365, plugin development, and the Power Platform, ensuring seamless system integration and proactive resolution of support cases within a modern, internationally operating company.
