Job Summary

This role involves leading the Innovation and Technology Management department, currently overseeing six employees, and requires comprehensive responsibility for technical, financial, and disciplinary matters. The successful candidate will advise and guide researchers on the valorization of service inventions, spin-offs, and other forms of technology transfer. Key responsibilities also include developing departmental strategies, advising university leadership, and managing reporting. Candidates must hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in a medical, scientific, or medical-technical field combined with proven experience in economic and legal issues, OR a degree in economics or law with proven experience in a medical-scientific environment. Extensive professional experience, including at least three years in a leadership position, deep knowledge of medical-scientific research, and expertise in patent law and company formation are highly desired.
