Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the safe and timely execution of maintenance measures within the Düsseldorf AIM network by preparing high-quality applications for Operational and Construction Instructions (Betra). The specialist will coordinate closely with technical and operational planners, construction teams, and operational staff, ensuring all required internal departments contribute promptly to the application process. Key responsibilities include verifying all data within the Betra application, coordinating with asset managers, and participating in preparatory and coordination meetings. The ideal candidate will either already be certified as a Betra applicant or possess a completed technical trade qualification in maintenance (e.g., track construction, signaling technology, or electrical engineering) and be prepared to complete the mandatory practical training plan for Betra applicants. Proficiency in standard IT software, strong communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this critical infrastructure role.
