Job Summary

This is a senior executive opportunity for a highly qualified and entrepreneurial leader to join the Management Board of an innovative cooperative bank located southeast of Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire Back Office and Controlling division, managing a team of approximately 20 employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include continuing the bank's successful business policy, driving growth-oriented strategies, and ensuring future stability. A key focus is on the sophisticated, risk-relevant credit business and corporate controlling. The role requires strong strategic competence, operational decision-making ability, and a commitment to digital innovation. As a representative of the bank, the Board Member will actively network within the region and engage in community life, acting as a role model, coach, and motivator for their team while ensuring seamless, partnership-based collaboration with the other Board Member and the Supervisory Board.
