Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Sülzetal seeks a skilled Plastics and Rubber Process Technician to ensure smooth and high-quality production within a 3-shift system. The core responsibilities include setting up, changing over, and operating injection molding machines, monitoring machine functions, and troubleshooting minor disturbances to keep production running efficiently. You will also be responsible for operating peripheral equipment, optimizing manufacturing processes and cycle times, and performing ongoing quality checks during production. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Plastics and Rubber Process Technician or equivalent, possesses knowledge of production systems and processes, and is prepared to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
