Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated Chemical Process Engineer in Bitterfeld to drive continuous improvement and optimization within the chemical production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing optimization processes, overseeing trial productions, and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for robust process and production monitoring. A core function involves maintaining quality management documentation, actively contributing to the creation of procedural and work instructions, and ensuring the technical integrity of all operational processes. Furthermore, the engineer will model and calculate processes, update technical flow diagrams (P&ID), and independently prepare tender documents, coordinating closely with management and procurement. Candidates must hold a degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering and ideally possess at least two years of professional experience in this field. Success requires a structured, quality-conscious, and self-reliant working approach, coupled with strong computer and German language skills.
