Job Summary
This role is ideal for a technically proficient 2nd Level IT Support Specialist ready to manage and administer complex Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include the detailed analysis and resolution of technical incidents across the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems, ensuring smooth operation. The specialist will also contribute to planning, implementation, and optimization projects (e.g., rollouts, migrations) and collaborate closely with 1st and 3rd Level teams. Key qualifications include current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, networking infrastructure, and collaboration solutions like Office365 and MS Teams. Success in this position requires a strong focus on data security, continuous learning, and excellent communication skills. The position is permanent, involves working with cutting-edge technologies like VMware, Ansible, and various Cloud platforms, and requires proficiency in German (C1).
