This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in Windows and/or Linux environments who excels in 2nd Level Support. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the administration and maintenance of server systems, network infrastructure, and collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams. The specialist will be crucial in analyzing and resolving complex technical faults, performing root cause analysis, and developing sustainable solutions to ensure smooth IT operations. Key activities also include monitoring performance using tools like SolarWinds or Checkmk, implementing security policies (EDR, Firewall), and supporting IT projects such as migrations and automation initiatives. The position requires strong technical expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), alongside excellent German communication skills (C1 minimum) and a willingness to travel for project work, offering an opportunity to work with modern technologies in a secure, growing company.
