Job Summary

The Media Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of media technology equipment across classrooms and event spaces at the prestigious University of Music and Performing Arts Munich. Key daily tasks include providing technical support for video conferences and digital teaching/event formats, maintaining and upgrading automated audio/video recording systems, and planning and expanding existing lecture hall and media technology infrastructure to ensure a unified and user-friendly system architecture. The role requires strong technical knowledge in AV media and IT, along with the ability to coordinate external service providers and perform minor technical repairs.
