Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT professional to act as the Team Lead, focusing on optimizing and adapting IT processes across the Munich site of a leading international plastics processor. Key responsibilities include the continuous development of the existing network and server infrastructure, monitoring established Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing external service providers. The Lead will also be crucial in standardizing end-user devices and software, handling budget responsibility, and overseeing IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management. The ideal candidate must have completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possess multiple years of experience in a comparable function (ideally with personnel responsibility), and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, network administration, and virtualization technologies like VMware/Hyper-V.
