You will provide insightful consultation to departments, developing tailored IAM solutions and contributing to diverse projects from requirements analysis to implementation. The position also requires managing external service providers, coordinating their activities, and ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment. Additionally, you'll handle complex inquiries in second-level support, providing sustainable solutions and ensuring user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, be proactive, a team player, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
