The position is split equally between organizational/administrative duties and hands-on service deployments in the field. Key responsibilities include the disciplinary and organizational leadership of the service team, providing technical and legal guidance, scheduling service deployments, and conducting employee training. Furthermore, the role involves direct customer consultation and the preparation of quotes.
