Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on bridging technology and business needs by optimizing digital processes. The IT Process Manager will be responsible for developing and refining digital business processes, coordinating closely with internal departments and external partners. A key focus will be the implementation, customization, and documentation of ERP processes, specifically utilizing SAP B1. Day-to-day tasks include the administration and continuous optimization of IT systems and interfaces, alongside providing essential First-Level support for ERP system users. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and bring experience in IT system administration and user support, ideally including familiarity with SAP B1, to help clients integrate and optimize their IT infrastructure.
