Job Summary

This challenging role as a Building Services Manager requires taking full ownership of the technical facility management for a specific client property, including the professional and disciplinary leadership of the on-site team. Key daily tasks involve ensuring the delivery of all contractually agreed technical and infrastructural services, acting as the central point of contact for the customer, and managing personnel deployment, including the coordination of external contractors. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for critical financial oversight, specifically budget control and accurate internal performance accounting. The role demands expertise in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of complex technical installations. Candidates should possess a completed technical qualification, such as an Electrician or Systems Mechanic, or a Technician certification.
