Required Skills
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent in (bio)chemistry, biology, pharmacy, medical sciences, or a related field; PhD is a strong advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within an interdisciplinary and international scientific environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Solid expertise in project and resource management
- Hands-on experience in drug product characterization using liquid chromatography (highly desirable)
