This role involves ensuring stable and service-oriented 1st-Level IT Support across German, Austrian, and Swiss locations. The specialist will handle the acceptance, analysis, prioritization, and independent processing of IT incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues to 2nd-Level Support with thorough documentation. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and standard software (Windows Clients), troubleshooting desktop, notebook, printer, and peripheral device errors, and managing user and authorization structures within Microsoft Active Directory. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or comparable practical experience, excellent knowledge of Windows Clients and Microsoft 365, and strong communication skills, coupled with a service- and solution-oriented approach to working with users.
