Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position as an IT Support Specialist at the Augsburg-Stadt Tax Office, focusing on maintaining and supporting the local IT infrastructure. The role involves hands-on tasks such as diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, managing the equipment pool, administering IT consumables and small parts (cables, data carriers), and setting up and installing new IT workstations. A key responsibility is maintaining the inventory register and supervising the local computer room. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent multi-year professional experience.
