This role involves managing complex projects focused on connecting renewable energy generation facilities to the distribution network via intelligent transfer stations, specifically focusing on medium-voltage substations. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial proposal creation and budget management to timely customer acceptance. Key responsibilities include handling negotiation and supplementary offers, serving as the primary project contact, and continuously improving work processes and structures. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in electrical engineering (Technician, Master Craftsman, or B.Sc. level) and specific experience applying technical connection rules (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110) for connecting generation systems. Success requires a reliable, conscientious, and team-oriented approach, combined with robust technical and commercial understanding, making this a pivotal position in a major, family-run energy service provider.
