Job Summary
This role as a Contact Center Systems Specialist places you at the heart of digitalization for one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, the Finanz Informatik. You will serve as the functional and technical expert for the customer interaction platform, specializing in call center technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving product feature development, performing complex problem analyses, acting as the last-level support interface to manufacturers, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. You will also participate in an on-call rotation schedule. The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field, or possesses comparable professional training combined with several years of relevant experience. Essential technical knowledge includes expertise in Call Center systems, ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), and VoIP network structures. A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills are mandatory. This position offers a permanent contract and the opportunity to shape the future of digital banking across Germany's Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or similar, or comparable completed professional training.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable field (if lacking a degree)
- Professional knowledge in Call Center, ACD, and VoIP network structures
- Experience in programming and handling script languages (beneficial)

- Must participate in on-call duty (Rufbereitschaft).
