Job Summary

This role seeks a specialized Service Technician dedicated to the maintenance and repair of technically demanding systems, primarily serving clients within the demanding automotive industry. Daily responsibilities include executing scheduled maintenance, performing complex fault diagnosis in close cooperation with the internal Helpdesk and Development departments, and implementing technical optimizations and modernization measures directly at customer premises. A crucial component of the role involves providing comprehensive on-site training and instruction to client operating personnel and offering reliable technical support via telephone. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, such as in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Mechanics, ideally supplemented by a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification. A strong affinity for modern measurement, testing technology, and e-mobility is highly valued. The position requires an independent, structured, and solution-oriented work ethic, along with a readiness for regular field assignments and strong communication skills.
