Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation & Control (E- and MSR) maintenance team at QEMETICA Soda Deutschland, a long-established chemical production facility. The Team Leader is responsible for the qualification, coordination, and instruction of subordinate employees, ensuring continuous improvement across all maintenance areas. Key responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems, influencing the design and construction of new E- and MSR plants to ensure regulatory compliance and energy efficiency, and managing external contractors. The position requires a Technician or Master qualification in Electrical Engineering combined with substantial professional experience in a leadership capacity. Success in this role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in SAP and CAD systems (EPLAN), and a high level of commitment to maintaining optimal plant availability in a complex industrial setting.
