Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Specialist Planner focusing on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HLS), and overall Technical Building Equipment (TGA) for challenging construction projects in Neu-Isenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and creating concepts for domestic technical installations, executing TGA planning for new constructions, renovations, and extensions, and managing the implementation of building projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, authorities, and other planning participants, as well as preparing necessary permit applications (heating, ventilation, drainage). Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Building Services Engineering or a comparable qualification and possess professional experience in planning HVAC systems.
