Job Summary

This is a permanent, part-time (70%) role as a Service Team Leader within the Lörrach District Administration, focusing on key internal and external service areas. The core responsibility involves leading a team of 18 colleagues across event management, the telephone exchange, information desks, and cafeterias. Day-to-day tasks include staff motivation and leadership, ensuring seamless operational execution, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and managing various projects. A crucial part of the role is optimizing tasks and contributing to the strategic development of the service section, emphasizing a modern service delivery mindset. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Public Management or a related administrative field and possesses strong organizational and change management skills. Required Skills

Education
