Job Summary
This role involves the continuous administration and development of the Connext Vivendi care software, specifically focusing on the PEP, NG, and PD modules, within a non-profit organization located in Unterhaching. The System Administrator will serve as the primary technical contact, communicating with the software vendor (Connext) regarding disturbances, technical queries, and further development. Key responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, assessing feasibility, configuring software parameters, and providing essential support to end-users through troubleshooting and error resolution. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in IT or a background in care/nursing with high IT affinity, coupled with practical experience in administering and configuring Connext Vivendi. Furthermore, the role requires building and expanding reporting structures across all care settings (inpatient, outpatient, assisted living) and collaborating closely with various departments, including IT, Care, and Controlling, while also organizing internal training sessions and creating documentation.

Education
Completed vocational training or university degree in IT, or a care/nursing qualification with high IT affinity
Experience
- Experience in the administration, application, and configuration of Connext Vivendi
- Professional experience in data handling and modeling tools (e.g., Excel)
- Knowledge of processes and requirements in ambulatory and (partially) inpatient care
