Job Summary

This full-time role in Duisburg seeks an experienced Electrician or Electronics Technician to lead and support a team while actively participating in daily operations at a depot specializing in cooling and heating rental technology. The Depot Manager will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring smooth operations within the rental park. Key tasks include hands-on repairs and maintenance of switch cabinets, conducting DGUV V3 inspections, managing deployment and order planning, and optimizing processes and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a completed electrical or electronics qualification, possesses several years of professional experience, and ideally has initial experience as a foreman or team leader.
