Job Summary
This role is the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, offering essential first-line support to both internal teams and external customers. The 1st Level IT Support Specialist will be responsible for quickly addressing technical challenges, managing incoming calls, and providing solution-oriented support for both software and hardware issues. Key responsibilities include creating and meticulously documenting support tickets, and escalating complex matters to the 2nd Level team when necessary. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, initial experience in IT support or customer service, good knowledge of Windows systems and basic networking.
