Job Summary
This role is for an engaged and skilled technician to join the Control Center group within the Electricity department of a regional utility company. The primary focus is the maintenance and operation of the company's telecontrol and control systems. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, parameterization, commissioning, and maintenance of automation and monitoring systems, alongside updating technical documentation. The position also involves active participation in the ongoing digitalization of the power supply network. Candidates should possess a completed vocational qualification as an electronics technician or electrician, ideally with initial knowledge in control and telecontrol technology. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible hours, competitive compensation, and participation in an on-call duty rotation after training.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training (e.g., Elektroniker/in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektroinstallateur/in, Elektriker/in) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician, or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, initial knowledge in control and telecontrol technology
- Willingness to pursue further training in the electrical engineering field
