Job Summary

As an IT Product Manager for HR Core Systems, you will ensure the smooth operation and digitalization of HR requirements across the Lufthansa Group. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating and planning changes within the central SAP HCM Core System, specifically in PA and PY modules. You will be responsible for creating functional concepts, evaluating technical provider proposals, and managing master data and payroll customizing tasks. This role requires a strong focus on optimizing system processes, documenting HR-IT processes, and advising HR management and users on functional requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT or business informatics, significant experience in managing comprehensive IT systems, particularly HR IT applications, and excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
